1. Does the facility have a reception?
Yes. The InPoint reception is located in Krakow at ul. Grzegórzecka 13/LU5 and is open daily from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
2. What if I arrive at the facility after 7:00 PM?
Just contact us, and we will inform you how to arrange check-in. The vast majority of our Apartments have electronic locks, allowing you to check in independently at any time - we will send you the necessary codes to open the Apartment on your arrival day.
3. What time does the hotel day start and end?
The hotel day starts at 3:00 PM and ends at 11:00 AM.
4. Is it possible to use early check-in / late check-out?
Yes. If the apartment is ready and there is no next reservation, you can use this option (additional fees may apply). Such requests are confirmed NO EARLIER than on the day of check-in/check-out.
5. Is parking available for guests and is it free?
In most locations, you can reserve a parking space in the UNDERGROUND GARAGE. Parking is an additional paid service (unless you have chosen the "OFFER WITH PARKING INCLUDED IN THE PRICE") - the parking cost is 100 PLN/day.
6. Are breakfasts available for guests?
Yes. Currently, we offer breakfasts in the form of catering - delivered to the Apartment door by an external company. The cost of such breakfast is 40 PLN per person per day.
7. Does the facility offer amenities for children?
Our Apartments are family-friendly. Upon special request, we will prepare a travel cot or a high chair for feeding. Please note that their quantity is limited, so we kindly ask to inform us as early as possible about such needs.
8. Does the facility accept pets?
Some of our apartments are pet-friendly (additional fees may apply). Please contact us; we will advise on the choice of the apartment.
9. What is the standard equipment of each Apartment?
The basic equipment you will find regardless of the reserved option includes: bed linen, towels, iron with ironing board, electric kettle, capsule coffee machine, dishes and cutlery, TV, private bathroom, and kitchenette with induction hob.
OTHER EQUIPMENT SUCH AS: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, dedicated work desk, SMART TV depend on the type of reserved Apartment and are detailed in each option description.
10. Does every Apartment have a balcony?
Unfortunately, no. However, the vast majority of Apartments have access to one. If a balcony is important to you, please carefully check the list of amenities available in the offer of the given Apartment when making a reservation.
11. Does every Apartment have air conditioning?
95% of our Apartments have this amenity - it is indicated in each offer in the list of amenities.
12. Do you only have studio-type Apartments?
No. Our range of Apartments includes both studio-type apartments and 2, 3, and 4-room apartments. Therefore, whether you are traveling for business, as a couple, with children, or in larger groups, everyone will find something suitable. Additionally, since most of our Apartments are located in the same area, we can accommodate groups of over a dozen people.
13. Does the facility offer daily cleaning?
Daily cleaning is available but is an additional paid option.
14. Is luggage storage available for guests?
Yes. You are welcome to leave your luggage at our reception during its opening hours.
15. Are Apartments with bathtubs available?
Yes. We have several Apartments with bathtubs in our offer. If you are unsure which option provides this amenity, please contact us. Together, we will choose the right Apartment that meets all your needs.
16. Which Apartments have a projector?
All Apartments with a projector have this amenity included in the accommodation option name.
17. Do you only offer short-term rentals?
No. If you need to rent an Apartment for a longer period: month/half a year/year, we will certainly prepare a personalized offer considering the length of stay when setting the price.
18. Are the Apartments adapted for remote workers?
Yes. In every apartment, you will find a table, and in some options - an additional desk enabling remote work. Each Apartment also has high-speed fiber optic internet.
